2016 Godaddy 網域退訂 中文新版

2016 Godaddy 改版囉，而且還支援中文介面，最重要的是...

Godaddy竟然有台北客服了呀！！(只有號碼是，會轉到大陸客服)

2015 Godaddy 網域退訂英文舊版(已不適用)

如果有在Godaddy下訂單申請網域

但反悔想取消交易申請退款的話...

該怎麼做呢？新版的退款方法跟以前不太一樣啦！

步驟A 後台取消訂單

1.進入My Account

2.到 Payments 頁面

3.選擇 Product Billing

4.將要取消的產品勾選起來 然後選擇取消
 

步驟B 與客服聯繫申請退款

（過去可以寫信到他們的billing@godaddy.com信箱，現在行不通啦！）

選擇1：直接打電話到他們客服

選擇2：登入他們的Support後台，使用線上客服

跑完以上流程就可以等退款了...... 還是以前用寄信的簡單很多

英文不錯的，也可以直接考慮打電話去可能會更快！！

過不久就會收到已經收到退費請求的信件通知囉！
